Data We Collect

We collect your name, contact details, payment identifiers (UPI handle, Paytm number), and session activity. This data is used solely to operate your account, process withdrawals, and meet legal obligations under Indian law.

Account Security

These terms apply to every person who opens or accesses an account on sattaa. Eligibility depends on local law; access is available only where local law permits use of this type of platform.

A failed deposit or withdrawal is not deducted from your account balance. If funds leave your UPI or Paytm account but do not appear in your sattaa wallet, contact support with the transaction reference number for investigation.
